This hidden gem is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home in a quiet cul-de-sac with private swimming pool, screened-in deck and amazing sunset views overlooking East Crooked Lake and minutes away from downtown Mount Dora and Seaplane capital, Tavares.

Our home is centrally located approximately 3 miles from Lowe’s, Walmart, Target, Publix, Walgreens, CVS, AdventHealth urgent care and other retail establishments including a movie theatre. A large medical facility, AdventHealth-Waterman Hospital, is also 4 miles away. Renningers Antique and Flea Market and quaint downtown Mount Dora are approximately 3 miles away, where you will find a variety of small boutiques, coffee shops, bakeries, creperies, restaurants, nightlife, Mount Dora’s beautiful lighthouse landmark at Grantham Park and let's not forget about the beautiful crystal clear natural springs nearby.
Our home is also located approximately 35 minutes from Orlando and all Disney theme parks including Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld. New Smyrna and Daytona Beach are approximately 1 hour and 15-minute drive. Other neighboring cities include The Villages, Orlando, Winter Garden, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Clermont and Deland.

Every detail of our stay was perfect!! The home is immaculate with a pool area providing the most beautiful sunsets. The home is close to everything you’d want to do in the area. The owners are wonderful to work with!! We’ve been coming to Florida since 2011 and this is by far our best stay!!! Can’t wait to return!
