Enjoy the Sunshine state in our charming and peaceful home near some of Florida's best attractions! We like our guests to feel like family! We find our home to be very peaceful and in a safe neighborhood featuring the following amenities:
- Newly renovated 1400+ square foot home with 2 full baths, including 1 bath with a walk-in shower, 1 bath with a tub/shower combo, hair dryer, kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, electric stove and oven, huge refrigerator/freezer, microwave), faux wood flooring and more! Newly furnished with a European meets Southern charm decorating style that is both inviting and cozy and everything you might need for cooking; coffee and coffee pot provided.
- 3 large and spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed, including a Purple #2 mattress, and Dream Cloud mattress with adjustable frame to raise your head. Sleeps 6.
- Great OUTDOOR living space with a nice size pool under a lanai, table and chairs under a porch roof, lounge chairs around the pool and an outside grill for grilling your favorite meal!
- Laundry facilities including washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use
- Central air conditioning, heat and room air purifier
- WIFI and 2 SMART/Roku Televisions, one in family room is a large 65" TV; the other in the master bedroom with a large selection of DVD movies

The house was cozy and a perfect set up for mom/dad and son/grandkid(s) as the master was on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other end of the house. Pool was great and living and dining/kitchen was great. Bonus was a ping pong table in the garage. We felt safe in this area and will book again for a longer period of time.

Very well kept and clean with everything you need at your fingertips. Great pool, and the location was so convenient to downtown Mt. Dora. Comfortable beds and decor was very nice. Will definitely return!

This was our second time staying here. Location is great as it is close to everything you need. If there is anything I had hoped for was it to be cleaned better. One example being the tub had a black dusty dirt in it like it hadn't been used in a long time possibly. The vinyl flooring needed to be mopped. The vacuum cleaner needs replacing as it really only pushes around dirt. The kitchen was okay. Pool area really needs a LOT of attention. The screens are green w/what I assume is algae probably. Metal roof leaks above table when it's raining. The patio decking is covered in what looks like something granular (tree or dead leaves) - really not sure what it is but it's everywhere. I took a broom and did what I could but it needs to be power washed.
