About this house rental
We have now completed significant renovations (05/2025), new roof, large addition offering a 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom. We are now back on Airbnb.
Relax in the most unique home in Mt Dora. Beautiful and fully renovated 1928 craftsman-style bungalow with a very private lagoon-like pool/hot tub lush backyard. Walking distance into downtown Mt Dora.
Our large private fully-fenced backyard with locking gates includes lush landscaping, outdoor landscape lighting, a large/deep lagoon-style heated salt water pool and spa (good for your health).
We have a covered BBQ pool/patio area with smoker/charcoal/gas grill, large backyard fire pit, and bocce ball court. Our fenced/paved sideyard parking area will accommodate 6+ cars.
We also have a separate cozy 1 bed pool/guest house with AC/heating, streaming TV, WIFI, walk-in shower, bath, small kitchen, and beautiful pool side views.
Although most people never leave our resort-style backyard, it's a perfect vacation space and location for families looking for a Florida vacation or senior snowbirds looking to float/relax in our warm saltwater pool/hot tub and sunny weather.
We work online from home with good internet speed that is broadcast throughout the house, patio, pool house.

Just a lovely home in a quaint and picturesque town. The owner and property manager were both very gracious and accommodating when we had questions. Our family greatly enjoyed the backyard oasis and swimming pool/hot tub combination

Everything about this property lived up to our high expectations. The location is great, the property is amazing, and the house is very attractive, clean and comfortable. The hosts were readily responsive to any questions which arose. I highly recommend it for guests of all ages.
