Have you ever wanted to see what the Tiny House movement was about? Come stay and see why this movement has been exploding across the country. Located in beautiful Spearfish near the creek. The home faces open fields with plentiful wildlife.

Located in a small, quiet neighborhood. There are houses nearby. The tiny house faces an empty field with no houses in that direction.
The open field regularly has deer and turkeys wandering through.
Across the street from Crow Peak Brewery, Bunky's, and Guadalajara's
Walking path along Spearfish creek 1 miles away.
Lookout mountain Trailhead: 3 miles away
Parking is free with space for two vehicles to comfortably park. It is a flat gravel parking lot.

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge.
Up to two dogs are allowed by pre-approval only with a one-time pet fee of $75. No cats, birds, rabbits, etc.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.
Other
The space you are booking is for 1-2 people. More than two people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by us before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

We booked in advance what wound up being an extremely cold weekend with negative degree temps. When we arrived, there was an issue with the heat and our booked house was very cold. This was immediately rectified once we notified the owners and they got us the code for the house across the street with zero hassle. We’ve stayed at these properties before and will again in a heartbeat - great amenities, location and service.

Loved the efficiency of the house, all well-designed and appreciated the handy kitchen. Did I forget the wonderful hot tub?!! And I walked 100 yards to local brewery and carried back a pint in each hand.to sit on deck.
On listing map I did see it was close to Business 90 so some road noise that might not bother others, certainly not an issue indoors... I had some earplugs that helped my early 9am bedtime. Hosts were easy to reach, very kind and considerate.

Just stayed one night, but really like the house and hot tub, very clean and solid.
Only mildly deceiving thing is that the field next to the house is fenced off and not accessible for throwing a ball with your dog or something. For watching the deer basically.
Getting a trailer turned around on that property also proved to be a challenge so keep that in mind if you're hauling.
Other than that, its a great option!
