About this campground/ rv resort rental
The small yet elegant – or as we call it, 'The Micro Mansion' – is a tiny yet beautiful house (on a foundation). This will be a memorable and unique experience to enjoy a night away. Fully remodeled with thoughtful touches throughout, this 240-square-foot cabin will be a place to remember.
Dog friendly with approval first. Limited to 1 dog ($75 pet fee). *NO CATS*

-Queen-size bed for your comfort.
-Fully furnished kitchenette featuring a cooktop (oven not included).
-Kuerig Coffee Maker for your morning brew.
-Modern tiled shower and bathroom.
-Stylish brick backsplash in the kitchen area.
-Charming porch with comfortable seating for two.
-Enjoy a variety of entertainment options with included Hulu, Disney, ESPN, and Roku channels, complete with subscriptions.
Property Rules:
--This property is dog-friendly! If you plan to bring your dog, you must get pre-approval and pay the pet fee before check-in. Limited to 1 dog as long as fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. City law requires dogs to be on a leash while outside and because there are other cottages on the property and potentially other dogs visiting with their owners, it is extra important that dogs be on a leash when outside. Dog waste must be disposed of, and any damages or additional cleaning may incur additional fees. We cannot currently accept cats, birds, etc at this property.
-No Smoking or Vaping of any substances. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping in the property there will be a minimum of $250 added to your stay. The property is smoke free.
-Please respect neighbors by being quiet after 10 pm until 8 am.

We have staff available immediately 7am to 7pm. We have on call staff who are available 24/7 including maintenance and website. The property is yours alone and we won't bother you during your stay unless absolutely necessary. A mixture of small cottages and houses. Several other vacation rentals are in this neighborhood. It is across the street from the Crow Peak Brewery, KOA campground, Guadalajara's, and Bunkys BBQ. Quiet area with other airbnb's nearby.

This was the most adorable tiny house. Everything was beautifully updated and decorated. Super quiet all the time and wonderful porch to sit and enjoy the stars. Had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!
