To make your stay more pleasant, we ask all owners, renters, and guests to honor the following
rules:
• PARKING
If you have multiple cars, park them behind each other, due to limited parking spaces. There is only
one parking space allocated per unit. Please see parking pass for additional rules and regulations.
• SMOKING
• Smoking is NOT permitted inside any unit without owner or rental agentpermission.
• Florida law does NOT allow smoking in the elevator.
• Do NOT dispose of cigarette butts on walkways, pool deck, or the grounds. Use the
receptacles provided.
• CHILDREN/TEENAGERS
• Parents or guardians are responsible for damage caused by children orteenagers.
• Climbing on the walls or fences is strictly prohibited.
• Do not allow play in the elevator.
• POOL AND POOL DECK
Follow posted rules at all times. Jumping or diving into the pool from the walkways, masonry wall,
or furniture is strictly prohibited. Glass containers are not permitted on the pool deck or beach. After
use, lower your umbrella, clean your tables and chairs, and throw trash in the receptacles. Do NOT
remove pool furniture from the pool area.
• PETS
• Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the pool deck or grassy areas AT ANY TIME!
• Pets must be taken OFF SITE to relieve themselves.
• Pets must be on a leash or carried while transitioning to/from the property.
• Pets must be kept QUIET at all times.
• Pets must not be a threat or annoyance to the other guests.
• Pets are NOT allowed on the beach (Okaloosa County law - $500 fine for vic:>lators).
• MISCELLANEOUS
QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM daily.
Do NOT use air conditioning with doors or windows open. This will cause damage to the system,
and possible shut down.
Do NOT hang clothing, towels, or other items from the walkway or
balcony railings. Do NOT store items on the walkways, or block in
any way. They are fire exits.
Do NOT grill at any area other than the designated
grilling location. Do NOT feed birds from
anywhere on the Aqua Villa grounds.
Do NOT place bones, shrimp peelings, onion skins, etc., in the
disposals. Dispose of all unit trash in the dumpster at the East
end of the parking lot.
Violators of these rules will be subject to fines and removal from the property!
All guests are asked to report any observed violations of these rules to the building manager in unit
100, or by calling 850-269-9936. Please give a description of the violation and the unit number of the
offender, if possible.

The location of this condo is ideal - near the pool and near the beach. Walking distance to the little store. I appreciated having enough bath towels, wash cloths, etc. Also appreciated the fan in the front BR since there was no ceiling fan. However, the unit needs some TLC; the ceiling fan/light in the living room wasn't controllable. The fan was on too high and the light didn't work at all. I was able to recharge the battery to control the fan speed but not the light. The manager got us a lamp. The outlet behind the dresser in the front BR didn't work; plugged light and fan in the outlet behind the bunk beds. Paint is peeling in the kitchen over the sink (or maybe in the master bathroom?) One suggestion: it appears you have a washer/dryer hookup in the dressing area outside the master bath. If you put a stackable washer/dryer in there, this unit would be heaven! The pay-to-use washers and dryers did not work most of the time. You might consider written instructions on how to use your TVs. There were several remotes on the table. I believe the storm Tuesday evening knocked out your internet (and thus streaming service.) The on-site manager went above and beyond trying to resolve the issues. Also, you should disclose that the Aqua Villa complex is NOT pet friendly; pets can NOT be walked on complex property, nor the beach. I think your HOA should consider using one of the green spaces on the east or west end of the building as pet-friendly space.

Great place to meet family. Thanks for the memories. One thing that was inconvenient was the door locked even after turning the inside deadlock. It did not do that last year.

I think the property is nice. Pool and beach access are awesome. The pool is large and kiddos have room to enjoy the fun. I do not like to have pets on the property. Some of the dogs were large. The washers and dryers were not working on any of the three floors while we were there. Our group had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a perfect location. The pool is incredible, clean and the perfect temperature. Close to numerous restaurants. A great stay!
