- As this is a rural property, bugs will get in the house if windows and doors are left open.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules. Violations will result in additional charges.
→ Unauthorized Guests: $500 per unauthorized guest.
→ Unauthorized Pets: $300 per unauthorized pet.
→ Smoking Violation: $500 fee for smoking inside the unit or in non-designated areas.
→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).
→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.
→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.
→ Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.

The house was absolutely stunning and serene. The hosts were very accomodating and kind when we made a few requests. The hot water heater initially wasnt working but they came and sent someone to fix it immediately. 5/5 will stay here again.

The cabin sits on a lovely plot of green land with its own dock. I loved the walking path and quiet. The kitchen had everything I needed. Hosts were super friendly and communicative.

This is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay with a few disappointments. While the house may be located on private property, it is not in a private location - there is another house and camper on the property in plain view within shouting distance. They report having a fireplace; however, it is for decorative purposes only. The most disappointing part of our stay was the owner's response to us not having hot water the last night and day of our stay. They indicated it was due to the pipes freezing; however, we had plenty of cold water (the hot water facets did not produce any water), and temperatures did not go below freezing the entire time of our stay. They refused to offer any refund and indicated it was our fault for not keeping a facet dripping overnight (when the water went out during the day with temperatures in the 40s).
