We visited Durham over President's Day weekend with our 2 teenage boys to watch baseball games at Duke and UNC. The house was perfectly located as it was 10 minutes to Duke and 15 minutes to UNC. The house was perfect for our family as each boy had their own room and there was plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. We realized that the dining room table was also mini pool table and ping pong table so that was a nice surprise. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
We missed the part of the description that stated the housekeeper lived in a suite above the house so we were surprised to hear footsteps above us on the first morning. It was not an issue once we were aware.
