About this house rental
This newly renovated fully functional home, is a comfortable place for families. Large floor plan with open living room, fireplace room and kitchen layout. The kitchen has a large work surface so many chefs can be in kitchen at same time. There is also a coffee bar area in kitchen.
The list of beds are, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, 4 sets of bunk beds (8 beds total), one twin and 1 futon. Also 2 full size couches, 1 sleeper sofa and a chase lounge. The mini den has loveseat and recliner with toybox.
The large dining area has two tables, that prove 18 seats for dining.
The home has many Native American Indian items throughout. The library has over 30 titles of American Native Indian books. There is also a set of encyclopedias, you know old fashion google in books.
Very secluded 3 plus acres with a covered porch, in the front. Then there is also a nice open deck in the back. There is a shaded playground. Fire pit and horse shoe pit.

We had 9 adults and 5 children on our trip and never felt crowded. There was plenty of room indoors for large groups, along with great outdoor space plus a large enough table for everyone to eat at the same time. The game closet, ping pong table, and swing were great additions. Perfect location to get away, while also being close enough to some great activities. Some things do need to be updated/fixed up (outdoor play area, one of the bathtubs, carpet), but overall it was a good stay and the host was great!

The property was huge with lots of place for kids to play frisbee, catch balls and use play structure. Our family gathered for Pops memorial and there was plenty of space for all of us. Any hiccups we had property manager rectified. My only suggestion is to replace cushions on couch between addition and family room and adding new baking ware. Overall our stay was pleasant.

If you want to get away from the city, this is the place. Very rural which is what we were looking for. House was very spacious and lots of land for our kids to roam.
