Three bed, three bath, lakefront property with dock & many outdoor areas!
This beautiful home nestled in a quiet cove is perfect a perfect getaway! Located just a short boat ride away from Martins's Landing Bar & Grill, Na' Cho Margarita, Thirsty Gator, Fiddler Blues, and Southshore Grill, this home has many amenities.
The outdoor areas are the highlight of the property! There are so many places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail - choose from the large covered patio, the lakefront sun porch and/or deck! This property also includes an outdoor shower! If you are bringing a boat, there is a small boat ramp on the property, and also 2 public boat ramps just around the corner, at Dominion Energy #3 or #4.
Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; upstairs is the guest suite that has a king bed, a private bathroom, and has direct access to the sun porch. The second upstairs suite has a king bed and bathroom. A downstairs en suite has separate entrance, and outdoor access. Stairs to the upstairs are outside. There is a smart TV located in the living room + the home is equipped with FREE, super FAST & unlimited Wifi! Cable is not provided, but smart TV will stream movies or shows. You will not be disappointed in this property!

- This is an allergy free / pet free home.
-Check In: 4pm - can be earlier, time will be assigned the week of. (Via welcome email)
-Check Out: 10am - may be later if it’s possible but final time assigned week of. (Via welcome email)

-The 2 closest stores are Enmark and Dollar General Market on Hwy 378, a little less than 10 minutes from the property, and there are multiple grocery stores within a 15 minute car-ride in Batesburg or Lexington.

I rented this house for my husband's 40th birthday and we had an amazing time! The house was beautiful! Robin was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had balloons and cupcakes for my husband when i told her it was his birthday! We will definitely rent this place again and i highly recommend it.

Nice set up but downstairs bedroom had a smell to it. Missing a few essentials like garbage bags , iron. Overall very nice lake house
