Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. 15 minutes from beach, downtown, UNCW and 5 minutes to a grocery store. As soon as you walk through the door you experience coastal living at its finest. Full kitchen including pots pans, Coffee pot, and bar cart. Sectional pulls out to full size bed. Tvs in living, master, and guest room. Driveway and street parking available.

This property was within a 20-30 minute drive to the Southeast coast beaches and Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was also very close to a grocery and gas station. The host responded very quickly to the questions we had and when we had to postpone due to hurricane concerns she was very gracious to move our reservation to alternative dates. The home was relatively clean and could use a bit of updating but we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped.

Five stars for charm, location, and peaceful vibes We had such a lovely stay in this super cute home! The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and inviting—plus it's in a great spot, close to the beaches we were aiming for and shopping, too. The house was well-stocked with great cooking tools, which I especially appreciated. It felt like a calm home base after busy beach days.A few things to note:* Would love clearer instructions for how to access things like Netflix or other streaming apps (and a reminder to sign out when done!).* A small bin for indoor recycling would be a great addition.* It would’ve been helpful to have a few more dish towels and maybe a kitchen sponge for cleaning pans.* A dish drainer would be great for hand-washed items.* Slightly more dishwashing pods would’ve covered the full stay.One bigger note: the bed sizes weren’t listed in the VRBO description. My husband and I are both tall, and a full-size bed just doesn’t work for us—so we ended up in separate beds while traveling kid-free (which we made work, but other couples might want to know in advance). A queen or king would be amazing for future guests!Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay—and with just a few small tweaks, this place would be near perfection.

This home was lovely and just what we needed to visit our son at college. Clean, easy access to many local restaurants and sights. Host was great to work with and responsive to questions.
