Now accepting reservations for the 2027 season! Please carefully check the Cooperstown Dreams Park 2027 tournament schedule and align your check in and check out dates. We do adhere to their 6 day rotation schedule so unfortunately will decline requests that do not follow that schedule. I’ve posted tournament dates below for reference!

This is the house you wanna have when you go to Cooperstown! Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and plenty of land for the kids to play. It is on 100 acres, has a baseball field, an outdoor/covered seating/eating area and an outdoor fireplace. Starter toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and laundry and dish washing detergent are provided. There are plenty of seats at the island and kitchen table for everyone to eat. The best part was each bedroom had their own AC unit. There was also an extra fan you could use for the main living space. It was probably the hottest week of the summer when we were there, and we had no problems cooling down once we got back to the house. The owners were fantastic and super responsive. The AC unit in our bedroom wasn’t working at 100%, and they replaced the whole unit with a brand new one for us! I cannot say enough positive things about this property. It was absolutely beautiful and so clean! We had our team party there & everyone commented how our property was heads and shoulders above where they were staying. We will definitely be staying here again when our youngest plays at Cooperstown!!

This farmhouse is an absolute gem! The property is eye candy and provided so much family fun! Host was incredible- very responsive! House was well stocked. I’d come back here in a heartbeat! Only 12 minutes from Dreams Park- ideal place to stay for a Cooperstown trip!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. The house is so charming and the property is stunning. We enjoyed fishing, playing wiffle ball and using the fire pit. It's a short, easy drive to the park. Caitlin was a great hostess. We would definitely stay here again!
