Now accepting reservations for the 2027 season! Please carefully check the Cooperstown Dreams Park 2027 tournament schedule and align your check in and check out dates. We do adhere to their 6 day rotation schedule so unfortunately will decline requests that do not follow that schedule. I’ve posted tournament dates below for reference!

Cannot say enough about LOCATION and the peacefulness of our stay. We had a wondeful time just relaxing and being together, while being in close proximity to many shops/restaurants/groceries! Thank you, truly a magical home!

We were so sad to leave this amazing property. We loved our stay. The kids fell in love with the pond and fished for hours when we weren’t at Dreams Park (short drive). The house had everything we could have hoped for and more from fishing rods, to lawn games and even an outdoor hang out area where we hosted a team party. Thank you for making our stay so special!

This property was better than I could have imagined!! It met every need I had, and then some. The house was gorgeous- updated bathrooms and kitchen, and beautiful woodworking throughout. Incredibly clean. The kids LOVED the pond for swimming & fishing, and we had a killer baseball game which resulted in my 82 year old father hitting a single to win the game. We had our team celebration onsite, and everyone was amazed at how incredible the property was. It’s less than 15 mins to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Perfect location. I can’t say enough about how perfect this property was. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. The owners are also wonderful- very fast to respond, very helpful throughout our stay, and genuinely very nice people. I can’t wait to go back!!!
