Fully furnished 5 bedroom home 1 block from the Village of Hamilton and walking distance to Colgate University. Golf enthusiasts come stay and enjoy Seven Oaks course.
Large fully fenced in backyard with In ground heated swimming pool, BBQ, hammock.

Large Primary Bedroom with en suite Bath Shower & Whirlpool tub and heated floors.

Gold Bedroom-Queen size bed, Ceiling Fan.
Blue Bedroom- Twin with trundle pull out, Ceiling Fan.
Yellow Bedroom- 2 Twins, Ceiling Fan.
Downstairs:
White Bedroom with Full Bed, Ceiling Fan and en suite Bathroom with shower.
Large Living room with Apple TV, Cable, Flat Screen TV, and Office work area with Epson WF-2540 and Apple Thunderbolt display.
Large Dining Room with service for 12.
Dinette with Seating for four, Ceiling Fan, and heated floors.
Kitchen with Range, convection oven, Microwave, Large fridge with ice maker. Stocked with food processor, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and all utensils and basic cooking spices.
Off of Dinette is large sliders overlooking the rear porch and pool. Front of house has large porch as well.
