Retro Chic is the only way to describe this relaxed beach getaway located on 20th Avenue that provides a quiet stay in the heart of quick access on and off the island. The beach, Harris Teeter, restaurants, and shops are all within a 5-minute walk. This home allows for one dog 50 pounds or less with pet fee of $150.

We had a great time at this house. Rooms are set up well for a large family and it comes fully stocked with amenities. Walk to the beach is 10 minutes or less and it’s close to the grocery store and downtown sites. Owners are very kind and responsive.

We very much enjoyed staying here! We had 3 kids that were able to share one room and all the other adults could enjoy their rooms!Great back porch area to hang out on. Good water pressure even with 3 showers going at once.

We stayed here for a girls trip and we had a lovely time! Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Quick access to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants made this property so worth the booking.
