Athens Connection Apartments

The apartment is directly above a bar and nightclub style alleyway but while in the apartment with windows closed you can't hear the music or any loud noise. The room has a air conditioner/heater that worked great. The staff messaged us with the instructions for entry a few hours before which made accessing the unit easy. The elevator is quite small so if you have multiple bags only one person with the bags can fit in the elevator but it was only a 2 small flights of stairs to our room. The location was perfect because it was close to bus/train stations (multiple lines), had great food nearby, and good internet at the property.

Specious room, excellent insulation for noise control. The bed is very comfortable. I stayed on Saturday night. Even though there were parties on the nearby streets, I couldn’t hear any noises due to excellent insulation of the doors and gates. I felt the area is pretty pretty safe unlike previous reviews stated. I walked by myself alone at night, felt safe. I would recommend staying in the hotel. These was no staff on the site, but it was not a problem for me as the check in instructions were very clear.

Happy with the stay

Close to metro station, attentive host, and roomy apt. However, the switch to flip to shower mode was broken so unless you were three feet or under, you were out of luck to for the day.
