Kick back and relax in this calm, clean, stylish space. Located in the wonderful Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago, this bright, large two-room studio is located half a block from the Brown Line Rockwell stop (which you don’t hear because it is on the ground at this location and not elevated) and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Lincoln Square with many great restaurants, shops and cultural hubs. It is located only one block from the Harvest Time supermarket and close to so much more, you can explore Lincoln Square and Chicago with or without a car from this awesome space.
Located in a quiet, well-maintained building, this condo-quality renovated space is the perfect oasis for your time in Chicago. The apartment features a renovated kitchen and bath with beautiful stone counters and subway tiles, free WIFI and a 43” smart-tv, central air conditioning and heating (you control the temperature with the thermostat), a kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, hot water kettle and more. If you need to do laundry while you are visiting, there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement, which you can comfortably access from the front lobby. There is also a large closet with hangers and an empty large dresser to store your items. There is a couch bed with sheets, pillow and blanket for an additional guest, if needed. I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and sponge and a few kitchen essentials. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Excellent! Couldn't ask for a more responsive host. The room was immaculate! A block from the Brown Line station, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants at Lincoln Square. Street parking was no problem. A really nice, quiet neighborhood.

Probably the cleanest quarters we’ve stayed in. Perfect location for us. We’re split on the mattress. It was more comfortable for one of us. Some noise late night above us, but nothing too bad. I ven with street cleaning we could always find a spot. Overall, we would highly recommend.

This apartment is cozy, well furnished, clean and would have been perfect but it’s in an old building and we could hear everything above us. The occupant of the apartment above us was loud and active. We could hear all the early morning phone calls and the morning apartment cleaning but 10pm -1 am was the worst. Lots of walking around during that time but a chair being dragged or moved at 1 am on two different mornings was the worst.
That being said it’s a great location and a lovely apartment but if noise would bother you this is not the place for you.
