GROUP & TEAM STAYS
This building has three furnished 2-bedroom apartments: this unit, a matching mid-term unit directly above, and a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment across the hall upstairs. Book them together for up to 6 bedrooms, ideal for corporate housing, crews, or travel nurses who want to stay close. Message us to coordinate dates.

SUPPLIES
Hotel-quality towels and linens are provided, along with starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and K-cups. Guests manage their own refills after the starter supply.

THE BUILDING
This is a second-floor rear unit with no elevator, in a quiet, well-maintained building. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM, with self check-in through a lockbox at the front gate. We're always just a message away; in an emergency, call 911 first, then contact us.

GETTING AROUND
The Irving Park Brown Line station is about a 5-minute walk, with direct trains downtown. Wrigley Field is about 1.5 miles away. O'Hare is about 25 minutes by car and Midway about 35. Free street parking is available on Hamilton and Hoyne, and metered parking is on Irving Park Road.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You're in the heart of North Center / St. Ben's. A German restaurant with a historic setting is right next door, a coffee shop is a one-minute walk, and pubs and restaurants line Irving Park Road. Jewel and Trader Joe's are close by, and Welles, Revere, and Horner Parks are all nearby.

UTILITIES
Electric, gas, water, and internet are included up to $500 per month. Usage above that amount is billed back to the guest.

PARKING
One garage spot is available for $200 per month, based on availability.

DEPOSIT
$500 refundable security deposit, returned if no damage is found.

HALF DAY STAY (EARLY CHECK-IN)
When available, you can check in anytime after 10 AM on arrival day for half of the nightly rate. This opens up within 5 nights of arrival if the night before is unbooked, subject to our cleaning schedule. Message us to request it.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
All guests complete a quick ID verification and e-sign our rental agreement before check-in, along with guest registration as required by Chicago regulations.

OCCUPANCY
Maximum 4 guests. No unregistered guests without host approval. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.

CLEANING
Mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional fee; message us to schedule. The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use (excessive trash, stains, moved furniture, or signs of unapproved guests) will be documented and charged as an additional fee.

PETS
No pets. Service animals are welcome; please let us know in advance.

MONITORING
A Minut device inside monitors noise and smoke levels only (no audio or video). An exterior floodlight camera monitors the front of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.
