North Center - Modern, Safe, Family-Friendly, Solar-Powered Apartment

Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two kids live upstairs; we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure; we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.
