Located just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this spacious condo greets you with natural lighting and timeless coastal style. Enjoy endless options for food and entertainment just blocks from home many options, including the beach and boardwalk attractions. You can also relax and get some sun by the sparkling on-site pool. As the sun sets, unwind and while enjoying friendly conversation at the dining table with seating for eight or enjoy a movie on the large TV in the comfortable spacious living room. Sunsets over the bay are the best when you get to view them right from your private, wraparound balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiF, and a private washer/dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW
The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The apartment was roomy and light with lovely views of the bay (we saw dolphins playing!). Our extended family enjoyed gathering in the large living room/kitchen space. It was a bit cool to enjoy the expansive deck during our stay.The primary suite was very roomy with jetted tub, shower and private privy. The other 2 bedrooms were much smaller with a shared bath.The kitchen had a mish mosh of glasses, when we brought this to the attention of management, they delivered what we needed.Beautiful sunsets
