Beautiful vacation condo in Thee Cori Noel. Stunning bay front building located on 2nd Street in desirable downtown Ocean City. Your family will love a vacation in this 3 bedroom luxury condo. Spectacular views of the open bay and the Rt 50 bridge from the spacious balcony with updated seating, the living area and the master bedroom.
In addition to the view, you will enjoy a spacious living area with a large tv, a stunning kitchen with stainless appliances and all the comforts of home you are accustomed to such as WIFI, washer and dryer, two parking spots and an elevator. This property has basic cable and no internet from 11/1-4/1. This condo can comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Bed sizes include a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a queen and a double in bedroom 3. All bedrooms have tv's. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
There is even an outdoor pool for your enjoyment. Property rents any 3 nights!

This was the perfect place for our stay in OC for Boardwalk Rock. The condo was spotless, there was plenty of space for our group of adults and teens to spread out and the views of the bay are breathtaking. The location was very walkable (about 4 mins) to the beach, boardwalk and inlet area, but it was also very quiet- which afforded us a chance to rest away from the crowds and catch up on sleep. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and drinks for ourselves. We appreciated the 2 dedicated parking spots and the fact that there was a working elevator, making it very easy to transport ourselves and our belongings. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend to others.

Great location and wrap around deck. We enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins in the bay, as well as the draw bridge going up and down! :o)

Mold on the ceiling of the main bathroom. Blood stain on the mattress cover of the master bedroom. Dirty tissue in the drawer of the bedroom across from the kitchen area. Although I don’t have a picture, the comforter on the master bedroom bed was stained on the under side. Also the owner should disclose that the building is in a high water area. We were not aware of this. The streets were flooded for the first two nights. I understand there was a hurricane causing some flooding, but I still think renters should be aware of the possibility of flooding.
