The house was just as shown on the listing. Beautifully updated and clean. Location is fantastic. Recommend window treatments in the kitchen and living room for privacy and safety concerns in the evening.

We had a lovely stay! The ocean views were amazing and the large deck was awesome. Being steps from the beach was also extremely convenient. The stairs were a bit steep for my senior dog but she eventually got the hang of them. There was an issue with some of the roof hanging on the covered underside of the bottom porch area we discovered on our last day but the property owners apologized and said they would deal with it immediately. So communication was very good. All in all a very lovely stay!

Tried to get management to replace the refrigerator filter day one of our 7 day stay. It never happened. The ice tasted bad. House needed updates.We were expecting a gas grill due to comments that one was there. We had to cancel a dinner party because we couldn’t grill steaks. There was construction on the beach during our entire stay. Very disappointing.
