The location was great! You can see ocean from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking tip-park on the left side.

We had stayed here before. Liked the renno, but previously there was a washer/dryer and I failed to notice it was no longer available. If you aren’t going to provide one, you should provide enough towels for the amount of people staying for 5 days. There were only 2 kitchen towels, we have 7 people and pet on the beach for 5 days, seriously lacking for bath towels. Next time will definitely book at somewhere with a washer/dryer. :(

The location is perfect! It’s away from the crowds but close enough to all the action and just a little walk to the beach which is visible from the spacious, comfortable deck. The decor and furniture are just as cute as they can be. The bathrooms and bedrooms are a great size. The host has thought of everything from a coatrack, dog bowls and K-cups, to make up wipes. We will definitely book this property again.

Every single thing about this property is as advertised, less than 40 yards to the beach if you walk around the other properties. Great partial view from the back deck. This leads us to the biggest issue with this property by far and the reason it would take this property from a five star rating to a three star. Some of the decking boards are literally disconnected. If you were to step on them, they would shoot up like a rake where they are attached on one side and not the other. The nails and screws in the deck are rusted through and poking out everywhere. You cannot walk on this deck in bare feet . The wood planks are splintering, and when you go to the far right side of the deck you can feel it move. It is legitimately terrifying. The property manager needs to replace this deck immediately. It is not safe and I would not stay here again because of this.
Other then that it’s clean and you can tell they are doing a decent job keeping up with the property.
The deck is legitimately not safe.
