Everything was nice except the Karen who lives in the front and doesn't like dogs barking.

Pros: Location is great, a short walk from the beach, short drive to Seawall Blvd restaurants and attractions. Decor is pleasant and cheerful. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, and cookware. The outdoor shower is convenient.
Cons: The keypad lock on the door is one of the most annoying contraptions ever. It would either let us in the door on the first try or it would take 7 tries. The AC struggled to keep the house below the upper 70s in the afternoon, and the second bedroom did not have a ceiling fan.
Overall it was a nice stay. The house is comparable to other beach and river houses we have stayed in and we would consider staying there again.
