The house was very clean and perfect for our large family gathering from out of state to attend a wedding. We will definitely stay here if it’s available the next time we are in the SLC area.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood across from a community park. Host was very responsive to questions and requests for accommodations.

The property was in good condition as it was recently remodeled. Appliances were new and in good shape, bedding was good, TV's in various rooms and pool table. Also new linens and towels. Space was appropriately furnished with dishes, pots, condiments, soaps and shampoos and paper products. The location was across from near a neighborhood park which was great.
The details for check-in were late in coming and when they did arrive at about 3:30pm, they were not for the correct rental. I looked up the correct address on VRBO site. However when I arrived it was not the correct house number. We arrived to a house where two elderly people lived.
I once again called my contact number and was given the correct address and check in instructions. It was a very worrisome experience. Especially since we had another guest that was to arrive as well.
The faucet in the main Shower was broken. We reported and it was fixed within 24 hrs. Did not expect a newly remodeled home would have that issue. We also requested dish towels and place mats and they were provided also within 24 hrs.
For the price we paid and the product we received it was a good value.
