Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). A couple of issues (master tv power, overflowed trash til day 3), but overall a a very nice rental.

AC! The thermostat automatically resets itself after two hours back to 75. There was no way to change this setting as it was locked.
If a house sleeps 12, there should be seating for that many. As a large family, it was difficult to gather in the evenings to watch a movie/play games.
Furniture needs to be updated, beds were extremely uncomfortable. Listing states 3 queens but we're definitely fulls.
Overall, our stay was good! There’s definitely room for improvement though.

7 of us stayed at this home comfortably, the rooms were well put together and cleanly. The master is the only bedroom that has a tv if you need the background noise to fall asleep. Each room had additional throw blankets with good size closets and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay!
