Villa Linda is a private villa with swimming pool in Tuscany, located in Montaione, a medieval village on the border with the three cities of Siena, Pisa and Florence. The typical Tuscan landscape frames this villa, obtained from the renovation of the local school working until the 1970s. Among clay hills, vast wooded areas, rows of cypresses that alternate with vineyards and olive groves, the location is perfect to reach the most beautiful cities in Tuscany and do daily excursions. Guests have access to a swimming pool with areas also suitable for children and shaded spaces equipped for outdoor dining. The property is completely fenced-in.

The villa is on one level, with direct access to the garden. It consists of a large equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace, sofas and TV, laundry area, two double bedrooms with twin beds (joinable upon request), a double bedroom, a double bedroom with canopy bed, four bathrooms with shower. An internal staircase leads from the living room to the mezzanine floor with small gym.
