The villa was the village school until the 70s; completely renovated is tastefully furnished with original furniture of the 900, with its 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 people and be the destination for your dream vacation; alone, with a large family or between friends is the ideal home to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday.
Immersed in the well-tended gardens, the swimming pool of exquisite workmanship of 6m.x 9m. with a baby bath, a lovely wrought iron gazebo with a beautiful view of Volterra, Val d'Era and its wonderful hills complete this corner of paradise.
The outdoor area furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs has a barbecue and a wood oven for your evenings in joy !!!!!
From the house you can walk (there are about 200 meters) the church, the bar-restaurant, the mini-market and the typical restaurant.
Also tennis court and riding stables are about a 10 minute drive (price on site)
It is possible to use the following services on request and for a fee (price on site): babysitter, cooking class, chef, guided tours, maid, breakfasts.
