This new, exclusive penthouse apartment welcomes you with a light-filled living/dining area in Scandinavian design and a perfectly equipped kitchen.
Whether you’re relaxing in the lounge chair or on the “Bruno” sofa—which features a box spring function that transforms it into a sleeping area measuring 160x200—you’re sure to find your new favorite spot. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a stereo system, and games provide plenty of entertainment.
Enjoy the large southeast-facing rooftop terrace with multifunctional armchairs and a sun lounger!
Next door is the bedroom with a super-cozy box-spring bed for restful sleep, an OLED Smart TV, and custom-built wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. The second bedroom invites you to relax in a cozy nook with a comfortable single bed and a smart TV.
A highlight is your private wellness area with a rain shower, its own sauna, and plenty of bathroom cabinets for your toiletries.
For the little ones, a high chair, children’s tableware, a travel crib, and a handcart for beach outings are provided.
In addition to a parking space directly in front of the house, a lockable basement storage room is available for your sports equipment.

We spent New Year’s Eve on vacation in our second home, Kellenhusen. We’ve stayed in several apartments in these buildings before, but Lykka is by far the most beautiful one. You feel right at home immediately; everything you need is there, and you can have a wonderful time there. We’ve already booked our next vacation in this apartment. We’re looking forward to it!

We especially liked the built-in closets in the sloped ceilings and the top-quality, space-saving cabinets—which show that everything here was planned and executed down to the last detail. They even thought of a nightlight in the children’s room. We’d love to come back.
