From here, you can step out onto the two spacious terraces, totaling approximately 38 m², furnished with high-quality patio furniture. Whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun, a relaxing read, or a convivial barbecue evening—you’ll find your own favorite spot outdoors here.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and practical kitchen gadgets are all at your disposal.
Two separate bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double box-spring bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm), a large wardrobe with a built-in dresser, a TV, and space for a crib. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single box-spring beds (each 90 × 200 cm) and a large dresser. The living area also features a high-quality sleeper sofa (120 × 200 cm).
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, underfloor heating, and a hair dryer.
