LUCIES PLACE, located in the "Kellenhusen Tor" vacation apartment complex, is an exclusive vacation home on the Baltic Sea.
High-quality furnishings and attention to detail make you feel right at home in this apartment. It’s perfect for a vacation as a couple, with a small family, or with friends.
A special feature: the art concept featuring 16 works by young artists from Europe.
The 68 m² apartment is located on the top floor. It features a bedroom, a bathroom with a sauna, bathtub, and shower, an open-concept living and dining area, a rooftop terrace, and an utility room.
In the cozy bedroom, featuring a box-spring bed (available in firmness levels H2 and H3) and a wardrobe, you’ll find peace and quiet, and plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The high-quality sofa bed in the living area converts into an additional sleeping space in seconds.
The spacious bathroom is an oasis of well-being with a walk-in rain shower, bathtub, and sauna.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. In the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll find a dining table with two chairs and a comfortable bench. The cozy couch and armchair with a footstool are perfect for relaxing. Entertainment options include a TV with streaming capabilities, coffee table books, and games.
Next to the apartment entrance, you’ll find the utility room with a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron.
The apartment has an outdoor parking space right outside the door.

Very nice apartment and very well located for our needs, as the grocery store (Nahkauf), the bakery, and the Stolz department store are right across the street—about a 1-minute walk—and it’s also only about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Hello, I had the pleasure of staying at the owners’ first apartment back in July of this year! This one is just as gorgeous and beautifully furnished, well-equipped, very thoughtfully designed, and of course stylish. Pet-friendly—they’ve thought of everything here, too. We were in Kellenhusen the last week of October. The underfloor heating is super easy to use—it was a bit chilly and foggy a few times, so we were always happy to come back to a comfortably warm apartment. Everything was perfect—I’m really looking forward to our next visit!
