Four seasons of fun awaits at this Vail Valley getaway! Minutes from ski lifts, golf, hiking, and outdoor recreation, this home-away-from-home comes fully furnished for comfort. Perfect for large families, this four-bedroom retreat features all the essentials you'll need for modern convenience. The spacious, three-story floor plan provides equal opportunity for spending time together and enjoying private time away from the group.
The main floor living area showcases high ceilings and strong natural lighting, with a fireplace, plush seating, and smart TV providing cozy comfort for downtime at home. The kitchen comes ready and equipped for home cooking with all the major appliances, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. When it's time to eat, everyone can dine together at the table set for 10. The attached deck makes an ideal spot for apres-ski, post-hike, or 19th hole beverages. The lower level offers a desk set up for remote working, a fitness area with an exercise bike and treadmill, and another TV for added entertainment. There's also second fireplace.
There is one bedroom and a full bath on the lower level. The common area also comes furnished with additional sleeping options. The main-floor bedroom includes en suite access to a shared household bathroom. The upstairs primary includes a private balcony and en suite bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower. A dual-sided fireplace provides cozy bedside or tub-time comfort. The two upstairs guest rooms share access to a fourth full bathroom.
Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-haves.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay was for my sister's bachelorette weekend and we were able to stay extremely comfortably. The nice thing about this house in particular, is that it has the features of a luxurious stay while still feeling like home. Upon arriving, it was extremely clean and organized. Everything worked and was in tip-top shape. The owners left a manual that was super clear and easy to follow. The area was perfect because it was close to Vail and Beaver Creek Village and it was nice to come to a house to decompress.
I have no complaints about this home and would love to come back for another stay.

This home is nestled in a great neighborhood only a quick ~12-15 minute drive to Vail Village/Lionshead. We took advantage of the nearby trails in the early mornings and could easily walk to a couple of coffee shops to start the day on the main street of Edwards. Could definitely walk for brunch/breakfast too. This place was everything it claims to be and more. Immediately upon entering the house you can clearly appreciate that the owners have placed significant effort in maintaining the home and making sure everything is top notch for their renters. Everything was well organized and the house binder was perfectly detailed to address the rental. The communication with the renters was unparalleled, and they can comfortably accommodate for the listed amount of people.
We had an absolute blast and were incredibly grateful for our stay here during our time in Vail!
