Thanks to the large window wall and the opening to the balcony, the living room—decorated in a maritime and modern style—feels wonderfully bright and inviting. A new awning (installed in 2021) is available on the balcony.
Artfully crafted driftwood, elegantly arranged seashells, and other touches inspired by the North Frisia region create a wonderful North Sea atmosphere. An inviting dining area, along with a large flat-screen TV featuring a DVD and Blu-ray player, PlayStation, Sky (sports and entertainment), and DAZN (sports channel), ensures many enjoyable hours spent together; a selection of books and games offers additional leisure options. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a cozy sleeper sofa with a spring mattress in just a few simple steps. Adjacent to the living room is the apartment’s compact, open kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a kettle and a coffee maker.
The oven includes a built-in microwave function. The separate bedroom features a 160 x 200 double bed with access from one side; a modern dresser provides additional storage space, and a smart TV is also available.
An additional large flat-screen TV is also part of the furnishings in the nautically themed bedroom.

The lively center, with its shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, cafés, the Dünentherme spa, and a movie theater, is right nearby and—just like the pier leading to the beach and the spa and adventure promenade—can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
An EDEKA supermarket and a local bakery provide everything you need for your vacation.

Thanks to its ideal location, the house is perfect for an outpatient spa treatment or to accompany someone undergoing treatment; an elevator is available.
The Stadt Hamburg Health Clinic is located right next door, along with several specialists, balneologists, and options for treatments, massages, and physical therapy.
Other health clinics are within walking distance.
