My friends and I had two rooms at this hotel April 2026. Very nice rooms. Spacious, refrigerator, good beds. Very walkable location. I appreciate that there is a sound machine in every room that helps drown out the Coco Bongo bar across the street. Because it is super loud with bass that shakes the room at night until 3 am. The sound machine worked for me. Rooftop pool is small but pretty with great views. Unfortunately the bar up there is never open and food not available. So basically just a pool. The one issue I had was that since I cannot use the tap water, I really needed the promised daily bottle of water to brush my teeth and take my meds. Other than the very first day, we never got that. The front desk person very reluctantly gave me some from her stash when I asked. I think they were short of water. Very nice staff. Good daily room cleaning. We got a rate of *** a day on Agoda. There was a sign at the desk advertising rooms at ***. One of my friends had a room with a completely open bathroom which was hilarious. My shared room had more privacy so be aware of that. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel looks just like the photos, felt super clean and the rooms looked very elegant and stylish inside. Incredible location right in the middle of downtown, perfect if you’re just looking for a comfortable place to use as a bed while you spend most of your time exploring Playa. The only negative would be you need to leave a wrist band on which is a bit annoying, and you can’t enter yourself you always need someone at the desk to open the door for you, though that wasn’t an issue for me. Also they want to charge you for having a guest that’s not on the booking.

It was good value for the price I paid. If it’s not half the price of other hotels, probably not worth. The hotel was decently clean. No facilities. They don’t respond to emails. There was a giant stain on my balcony window and there was rust in the kettle, they didn’t do anything even after I reported multiple times and emailed the management
