This spacious townhouse is located on a beautiful lake in the center of the historic district of St. Andrews. Just two blocks away from the waterfront where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, local shops and the marina. The beautiful white beaches of Panama City are just a 15-minute drive away.
The 1000 square foot townhouse was renovated in early 2019 after hurricane Michael and equipped with brand new furnishings. Wake up to the absolutely peaceful view of the lake from your bedroom or while enjoying coffee or tea from the porch . Do you like fishing?—- you can do so from our dock!
Twelve minutes to the ball tournaments at the Publix Sport Complex on Chip Seal Parkway (avoid the back beach road traffic jams).

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights when visiting our son at Gulf Coast state College. The area is quiet, and the lake behind the condo was a beautiful setting (balcony off the upstairs) and walk out to a small dock on the first floor.The condo was very clean and had what we needed.

There was an issue with the stovetop and the hosts jumped on it quickly. Appreciate the response and care.Was a very nice, quiet property. Easy to get anywhere we needed to go in PC
