About this house rental
Grants last resort is close to shopping and restaurants in historic St. Andrew's and St. Andrew's Marina. Walk to Papa Joes Bayside for boat and jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, fishing, live music and food trucks. The beautiful PCB white sand beaches are a short drive just over the bridge off of Thomas Drive, 4 beach chairs included for guest use. After a long beach day, enjoy and relax in your private pool in the fenced back yard. The pool area has a table and chairs, 3 lounge/sunning chairs and the lawn is nice artificial turf with room for pets to play. The pool is large enough for the entire family, it is not heated and it is generally used in the warm season, April thru October, although some years are warmer and allow use in March and early November for the brave. Ample parking is available in the double driveway, if you are bringing a boat please message ahead for parking arrangements. The North side of the property has a longer separate driveway that will fit longer boat trailers - contact owner ahead please. You are close to boat ramps, just minutes away from the Breakfast Point sports complex. Grocery and General stores are just down the street for supplies. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook a great dinner. The North side of the property also has a 1 BR rental, owner office and storage area, not for use by guests. Please don't hesitate to contact ahead with any questions. Great discounts are available for extended work stays and long winter getaways.

We had a great stay here. Ty was very kind and responsive. Home was very clean, pool was great and had anything you need to for your stay. Very close to grocery store. We loved historic downtown St Andrews and St Andrews beach. It was beautiful and peaceful. My husband doesn’t like the beach and only goes for me and kids, but said he would rent this home again and come back to PCB.

Ty was wonderful to communicate with. He was a generous and gracious host. Everything was as listed, even better! The pool, lounge chairs, table/chairs for outdoor dining was better than anticipation. Centrally located, quick 10 minute drive to the beach (some spots even closer) and county pier. Walmart close for grocery delivery. I cannot say enough good things about this home away from home. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thanks again Ty for a wonderful place to stay, relax and visit with family.

Absolutely nailed it for our family! My wife, two kids, and I absolutely loved this place. It’s not fancy—it’s just fantastic. And pet friendly !!!The location is perfection: only 15 minutes from everything you’d want to do in Panama City. But honestly, if your plan is to just chill out and soak up the peace, you never even have to leave. The property was perfect for our family! House was clean upon arrival and had plenty of kitchen and laundry items for our stay. When we weren't doing things in town the backyard was the perfect place to hangout. Very close to nightime kayaking and a city park that my kids begged to go to several times.
