About this house rental
Fully equipped pet friendly home 3 blocks from the heart of historic St. Andrews where you will find the Marina and Oaks by the Bay Park along with plenty of restaurants, live music and bars. It is also a 5 minute drive to Harrison Ave., the "main" street of Panama City with more restaurants, events and a brewery. It is a 16 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park for those who want some beach time. Avoid the traffic and crowds and vacation with the locals. Bring your bikes, a major bike lane runs right in front of the house. We provide beach towels and an ice chest for those traveling light. We also provide an electric fish fryer and an outside covered table to cook your fresh catch. Although this listing is new, we are not new to providing vacation opportunities in Bay County. Property worked well for us. We have a Down’s syndrome family member and one using a walker. Didn’t have to worry about parking, stairs or elevators. Lots of nice restaurants and activities within a short distance.

We were very comfortable in this cute home. Dogs were happy, also. Nice front lawn, but back yard could stand some improvement...grass cut and added color. Was still pleasant. Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the park and bay. If you want a quiet setting away from the crazy beach, this is your escape. Plenty to do and places to eat. Great landlord! park and bay.
