Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
VERY IMPORTANT: No pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESA) allowed. Per federal law, only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. ADA pets must adhere to all federal guidelines.

7 minute ride to Breck. Beautiful view! Good Dinner, drinks, and music right in the saloon downstairs. Perfect for my husband, daughter, son in law and 2 young grandsons. We will return in the summer!

We had such a great time In Breckenridge and the condo was exactly what we needed. Everything was so clean, so well kept, and the location was perfect. Thank you for such a lovely week!

We were so impressed by the Grande Suite at the Lodge by the Blue. If you have the chance to stay here, take it! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Sabrina called us before our check-in to be sure we knew everything we needed to do to find and access the property. The Grande Suite is a two-story property with the master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level. It is the only property like it in the building. The bathroom was incredible with a stand-alone tub, shower with double rainforest shower heads, double vanity, a fireplace(!), all with an incredible view out the window. The master bathroom alone is reason to book this place! On the first level is a bedroom with a queen bed, another lovely bathroom with a shower, and the kitchen and living area. The view of Mt. Quandry is amazing. Our family of 4 was beyond comfortable here. Each day we drove the 5 miles into busy Breckenridge to ski, and returned home each evening to relax and make dinner. The only thing I will say may be an issue for some is that the Grande Suite shares a wall with the bar/ restaurant which can be heard until 9:30pm each evening. This wasn't a problem for our family because we don't go to bed before then. There is a white noise machine in the second floor bedroom to help with this. All in all, an awesome stay! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Beautiful condo. The master bath is amazing. Comfy beds. Easy drive to Breck to ski. Great view. Would definitely return.
