3 BR + Den, 3 BA Deluxe Townhome – Beautiful Mountain Setting – Private Hot Tub!
If you came to Colorado looking for mountain views, look no further than Quandary Vista! This well-appointed townhome has stunning views of the 14,000-foot Quandary Peak from the living room and large deck. You may even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the moose that frequent the wetlands that stretch in front of the home. And in the fall, the hillside of aspen trees are some of the most picturesque in Summit County!
Quandary Vista is a deluxe Rocky Mountain townhome that can accommodate groups of up to eight. With 3 bedrooms, a den, and 3 bathrooms, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable family memories. Located just outside of Breckenridge in the town of Blue River, it’s a short 10-minute drive to historic Main Street Breckenridge and the parking areas for Breckenridge Ski Resort. It’s the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge while still being close enough to head into town for drinks or dinner.
The living area is cozy with a gas fireplace and big windows with views of Quandary Peak. There’s also a large flatscreen TV, making it the perfect place to relax and watch a movie with the family. The attached dining area seats 8 and there’s room for 4 more at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to keep the chef of the house happy.
Just off the dining area is the large deck where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views. There’s even a den area downstairs with a flat-screen TV and a desk just in case you need to hop on a quick Zoom meeting before hitting the slopes.
You’ll also enjoy a private hot tub, washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a 1-car garage. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Bunk Room: full over full bunk beds. (sleeps 4)

Main Level:
- Master suite: master with queen bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and private bathroom with jetted tub/shower, his & her sinks. (sleeps 2)

- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1-car garage and 2 outdoor parking space - 3 spaces total.

We had a lovely stay during a snowy weekend! Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen - every thing needed by our family to enjoy a ski weekend together at Breckenridge. Everyone loved the hot tub. The host was responsive when we had any issues. Altogether a clean and cozy stay!

Everything was wonderful, we had issues with the garage but they came and fixed it asap. My only minor issues is the bedding and towels need to be washed with fabric softener, or dryer sheets, very staticky so the hairs from former guests were all over sheets and towels. After rewashing them using dryer sheets they were fine. Oh and y’all need some oven mitts and a couple of new nonstick pans. Other then that this was a perfect house, mountains right out your front and back door, the fireplace was beautiful,the hot tub was awesome, with beautiful views, we got to see foxes running around, our family loved the house made our vacation priceless.

Property was advertised, could have been a little cleaner inside but really enjoyed our stay. Clean functional outdoor hot tub was a big plus, location was beautiful.

This unit was exactly as described. AMAZING. The unit was immaculate and definitely spacious for our group, 6 adults and two children. Kitchen was definitely stocked with all kitchen items that you would need. The only thing I couldn't find was a potato peeler but I used a knife. We had an amazing time, wanted a white Christmas and that is exactly what we got, we were even able to sled right in the back yard along with making a trip to Carter Park to sled there for the adults. We were able to get a glimpse of some moose in the hills across the street. We were able to see/do everything that was on our list. I would definitely recommend Country Boy Mine- we did the extreme sledding and the treasure hunt which I would compare to an outdoor escape room. You definitely can do grocery shopping right at city market rather than going all the way to Walmart. Breckenridge is absolutely beautiful at Christmas.
