We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime in this unit! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this in cash on the counter before you leave.

Great cabin & neighborhood, but the yard leaves some to be desired. The fenced in area for dogs is broken &/or gapped & the rest of the yard is not well maintained. Additionally, since there's no AC I would recommend screened windows & doors to keep out bugs when letting in a cool breeze. Overall, though, it was a very nice stay.

We stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend. A great location. The bear and fox sightings were fantastic!!There was not a full set of pots and pans (just a Dutch oven pot and a small pan). The bunk bed room needed a few more blankets—the children were cold the first night so we borrowed some blankets from our friends down the street. Some nightlights in the house would be great, too.
