Right in the middle of the Baltic Sea—you can’t get any closer to the sea when you live and sleep here.
Living, sleeping, cooking, eating… all with a direct view of the harbor, the beach, and the white beach villas of Olpenitz. In the evening, enjoy the sunset on the spacious (wind-protected) loggia and watch the boats return to the harbor and, occasionally, porpoises swimming past the pier. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the Baltic Sea, which is just a few meters away.

In the summer of 2022, the second-floor apartment was completed and then lovingly prepared for you by our interior designer. An open-concept living and kitchen area with a kitchen island, floor-to-ceiling windows, modern furnishings, large LCD TVs (65 inches) in the living and sleeping areas, radiant heaters on the loggia for “cozy” evenings, and much more await you here.
A small beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped units. Couples seeking relaxation will feel just as at home in the two- and three-room apartments as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: there, vacationers can start their day relaxed with a cup of coffee while watching the action on the water up close, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening over a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colors of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. The apartments on the upper floors are also easily accessible via an elevator. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival. The team is happy to address any questions or concerns guests may have and provide tips for enjoying a variety of vacation activities in the region. A spacious bike storage room is available for active vacationers. Families and vacationers enjoying a longer stay at the Schleimündung particularly appreciate the option to use a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
