A high-quality, fully furnished two-room vacation apartment with one bedroom (box-spring bed, 180 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious living area with a separate dining area, a double sleeper sofa (140 cm with a full-length topper), and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with Bosch/WMF appliances (Nespresso machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.).
You can enjoy the view of the water from the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Two flat-screen TVs are, of course, available.
The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped living units. The two- and three-room apartments are just as comfortable for couples seeking relaxation as they are for families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the water or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of the bright and spacious living units.
