You’ll be staying in a 60 m² modern 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people and offers a wonderful view of the sea! The location is simply fantastic—the Ankerplatz 9 vacation apartment is situated on the pier at Port Olpenitz, right in the middle of the Baltic Sea and surrounded by water on three sides. You can’t get any closer to the sea!
Wake up in the morning and enjoy the view of the bay from the large bed. The bed measures 180 cm x 200 cm and features very comfortable mattresses with gel toppers as well as height-adjustable headboards.
The open and modern living area, featuring a pull-out double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a dining table, offers a beautiful view of the bay, the marina, and the beach.
In the evening, enjoy the sunset on the balcony with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and watch as sailboats return to the marina. With a little luck, you might even spot porpoises. A dream for those seeking relaxation!
The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality brand-name appliances, a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower and a hair dryer, a storage room, and a balcony. For your entertainment, you’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a stereo system (internet radio, CD, Bluetooth), and two smart TVs with Sky channels (Bundesliga HD, Sport1 HD, Cinema HD, Family HD). To ensure a good night’s sleep, all windows are equipped with high-quality blackout curtains.
Additional amenities include a designated parking space in front of the building, an elevator, a bicycle storage room with charging stations, and a laundry room with washers and dryers.
The apartment is also very well suited for people with allergies! For this reason, pets are not allowed, and the location on the Baltic Sea is largely pollen-free.
The local beach is just a few steps away and is located in a beautiful cove. Here, exclusively for our guests, a beach chair is available free of charge in the front row from April 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025. Weidefelder Beach, with its beach chairs and restaurant, is also just 3 km away.

Couples seeking relaxation will feel just as at home in the two- and three-room apartments as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while taking in the action on the water, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colors of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival.
