About this house rental
So many entertainment areas in this large home sitting on 2 acres w/ a private pool, outdoor fire pit, game room & covered deck w/ outdoor bar. It's less than 5 min. from Lake Travis boat launch in Briarcliff Marina, Pace Bend Park or Lighthouse restaurant with waterfront outdoor dining and live music Sunday brunch. Bring your own boat or rent one from close by Briarcliff marina. Whether you're here for one activity after another or just a private quiet place for your family to get away, this home offers it all!!!
The pool can be heated for a fee. Please notify management at time of booking since the pool takes at least 2 days to fully heat.
This home is less than 5 minutes from Lake Travis and boat launch that is OPEN and the LAKE is FULL. To rent a boat or water crafts you can contact Briarcliff marina. There is a convenient store across the street with most essential items. The Lighthouse is another place for outdoor waterfront dining with live music for Sunday Brunch. If you love beer or wine, take a tour of the many distilleries in the area as well.
This home operates on water shipped into 2 tanks on the property. We call in on a regular basis to ensure there is plenty of water for each guests stay. At times when guests use water in multiple areas, the pressure will tend to be low. Please be conscience of using showers, laundry and sinks all at the same time.

Stayed here with a few other family members and really enjoyed all of the large separate spaces and bedrooms. The game room was a fabulous amenity to have the kids able to play and enjoy some fun. We were extra grateful to have the overflow fridge for storing water and drinks in the garage as well. The house stayed relatively cool with separate thermostats upstairs and downstairs, but it ran and ran and ran the whole time. I think it may need filters changed, especially before the warmer months hit. The coffee bar was delightful and great to have out of the way of the kitchen. The coffee maker dripped the slowest I’ve ever seen in my life. Lol I think it may need to be decalcified or cleaned or may be replaced. Coffee tasted fine. It just was unbelievably slow. we would definitely stay here again and the property really was beautiful with a nice view. The location is good and has a couple of restaurants nearby and a gas station. It is pretty far from a regular grocery store, so just keep that in mind. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a winter stay because of a January birthday celebration so we were limited in our use of the property but the home is very nice. There are friendly signs throughout letting you know where household items are located and there’s plenty of what you need for an extended stay. The water pressure was low and maybe because it was winter, hot water was scarce. That was our only complaint so if you choose this property maybe ask beforehand if that can be managed. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was amazing with so many amenities. The owner has gone out of their way to make sure everything you could need is there. From the pool to fire pit , game room, the nightly visiting Peacock on the front porch. The secret room and all the cookware and dishes you need. Abundantly stocked with towels and linens. Our crew of 14 had such a great time with multiple places to sit, lounge or eat. Excellent location to Krause Springs and a great pizza place almost next door.. We will be back.

Property and house were nice and responsiveness from homeowner was outstanding. When notified of a shortage of beach towels, she immediately provided additional beach towels to accommodate all our guests. With this said, there were several issues with the property to include no instructions on how to operate things like the pool lights and outside grill. Recommend a “user info book” be made available to future guests explaining where to find things and how to operate things like the pool and outside grill. Pool waterfall didn’t work and we were told by property management that a part has been ordered. Upstairs TV in family room didn’t work. Was told by property management to change the batteries to the remote, which did not fix the problem. A/C did not keep the downstairs master bedroom, two (2) guest rooms, and living area cool during the afternoon and evening hours. Inside temp would not go below 78 degrees until morning time. Was told by the property management that the A/C unit was checked and was fine and that the issue was caused by user problem, opening doors too much, and high temperatures! Advised by property management to use fans. Ended up cutting our family reunion stay short by one day due to the discomfort of the A/C issue. Will never rent this property again if it remains under the current property management company.
