Beachview 116 was lovely. We were so grateful to find such a wonderful condo with such a great location. The beach and the pool are a steps away. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and clean. We were hoping for early check in but we were told that it was not added to our trip. Others in our group were able to get into their units early and had not added early check in. We were at our room and waited for 2 hours. It was already clean and ready. That was the only con. Make sure you add the early check in if you want it. We were happy with our stay and will likely stay at Beachview again in the future.

It was clean, pretty and close to beach. Unit had no sound proofing whatsoever. You will hear everything going on in unit above. You will hear every foot step waking across the above unit, chairs being pulled out and drawers being opened.
