About this house rental
Come enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre.
Our two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has all the comforts of home at the beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. You can also grill your meal on the grill located out back in your private patio area. We are a gulf front complex and a very short walk over our walkway to our complexes private beach area. Right out front is the newly built (2018) pool for you to enjoy. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some rafts and toys for your family to use during your stay. All linens are provided for you.
Downstairs is an open floor plan dining and living room with kitchen and half bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, and WIFI throughout the unit. Each bedroom and living room has their own television (living room has a smart tv). Two convenient private parking spots just steps from your front door.
Our complex is a very short walk to the pier, restaurants, and entertainment. If you enjoy fishing or just taking in the sights, you will enjoy Navarre's pier (longest fishing pier on the gulf).

This townhouse was everything we expected and more. The cleanliness was top notch! Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Beach towels, chairs and toys were a great addition. Great family atmosphere and neighborhood. The pool was amazing, very clean and had a great sitting area with tables and chair in the shade for those who didn't want to swim. The entrance to the beach was a very short walk down the sidewalk. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come to Navarre. You will NOT be disappointed!

We had such a great stay! Super clean house, well equipped kitchen (we didn’t cook much, but it seemed to have everything), great communication with host, plenty of room and comfy furniture for our family of four (my husband, myself, and our two young adult sons), and a quick & easy walk to the beach. It’s a short drive to restaurants (walking distance to a couple) and grocery stores. If you’re looking for a great stay in Navarre Beach, this is it! We hope to return at some point. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their wonderful beach home with us.

Very clean condo, stocked with everything we needed for our weekend. Short walk to the beach with a nice, private back patio for grilling. Definitely would recommend and rent again!

The unit was clean and quiet. The pool was clean and refreshing.The Beach was clean and the water is Emerald Green. What else could anyone ask for?
