About this house rental
This two bedroom townhouse is located on the sandy white beaches of Navarre Beach. Athough our unit is not directly on the water, the gulf is just a short walk away. Come enjoy the laid back and quiet atmosphere of Sugar Beach Condominiums gulf front complex. Our townhome features two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and can comfortably sleep 6 guests. The heated pool (open year round but heated March through November) is located just a few steps outside our front door and our townhome is a short walk to the private beach access. We have everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

We had a very pleasant experience! The condo was a short walk from the beach, the host was very responsive to questions and concerns, and our family really enjoyed our stay. All was as it should be, and the minor issue we had with a leak was remedied the same day by the host. The beds were comfortable, the condo was quiet (didn’t hear the neighbors at all), and everything was as the listing said it would be. This rental made our stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Worth the money in every aspect. We stayed for 5 nights with a family of 6.

The listing did say it was heated but it unfortunately was not. One of the main reasons I booked was for the heated pool.The condo itself was goid and had everything we needed and more. It does honestly need a good Cleaning. Those are the only 2 things. Other than that it was great!

This was a nice property that was very close to the beach. Two bedrooms worked well, and the home was stocked with plenty of towels and beach toys that we needed. We really enjoyed our time there. One minor point is that the internet was TERRIBLE. It worked extremely early, and then sometimes some parts of the rest of the day. I was taking classes and it made it difficult. If you don't need much internet, no problem...but I was taking classes online, and it made it hard to do. (We did reboot the router, many times.)
