The location is walking distance to UT. This is great for people visiting the campus or going to a game. It is also walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

The property was fantastic and was close to everything! Ames was also fantastic with answering my questions and was very prompt. Would certainly stay here again!

Perhaps this is intended to be a youth hostel type accomodation for visiting college students as it was clearly put together, outfitted and furnished as cheaply as possible and needs much attention. Paint overspray everywhere, broken tiles and dirty bathtubs/showers combined with a really invasive communication process loaded with mutiple upsell attempts but nothing guest centric
