Perfect for entertaining, this comfortable home has it all and is perfect for groups or families. With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, incredible backyard with games and putting green, there is fun to be had for all! The central location puts you near it all, making it easy to visit all the places you want while in town.

The living room is perfect for entertaining and relaxing plus a flat-screen TV. The sofa is a brand new comfortable sleeper sofa as well. We provide extra sheets for your use of this memory foam sleeper.
The house features 3 cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds fitted with luxury hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage for your belongings. The first and second bedrooms have a private bathroom and plenty of storage space. In the backyard you will also find the cool back house bedroom that has a queen size murphy bed. This room makes for a great home office, play room, hang out or bedroom. Utilize this space however works best for you and your group!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the basics available for your use. Also located in the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer with a few supplies to get you started. Step out the doors of the kitchen to an amazing backyard that is absolutely perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the ample seating, putting green, cornhole game, and outdoor tv under the beautiful Austin trees.
Work from home or keep the family entertained with high speed wifi and our large smart TV in the living room. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!
Your reservation also includes parking for up to two cars in the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby that you can use too.

This is our second stay here. Great location, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to trail system. The dog door is a great bonus.

Great place and location for moving our daughter into UT Austin. Very close to West Campus. Neighborhood is good and quiet. 3rd bedroom is in the backyard building with the putt putt - it’s nice too.

Check in was a nightmare. The keypad did not work. We stood on the porch communicating by text. We could not get anyone to call. Then they asked for a VIDEO of what we were doing. Once sent they texted back to say something was wrong and gave me access to a lockbox. That worked. The entire process took > 20 minutes in freezing cold weather. The house is old. There is no place to hang towels. There was only one wash cloth to use in the master bath. The drawers in the kitchen stick. The utensils are insufficient in quantify for 8 guests. There are only a few coffee cups. The couch and chairs were comfortable. The internet worked well. The TV is easy to control. Several California window shades don't stay open. The close and leave the LR dark. The yard is not well maintained. Grass is spotty. The driveway is in disrepair and needs to be replaced. Overall, the house is not as depicted in pictures. I rate it a three out of five overall. Disappointing given the nightly price.
