Very convenient location to campus. Felt very safe. Make sure you have the parking pass displayed securely atop dash. Company towed my vehicle bc pass slid off dash. Even after I showed him it was in there, he charged me 220 to put it back in garage.

Right in the heart of West Campus. Easy walking to football games and campus. Management was quick and responsive. On our end, but don't forget to put your parking pass in the car or you will be towed. It was noted at the bottom of the instructions, just an FYI.

The unit was no ready at the scheduled check in time (4:00PM). The unit was ready at 5:30PM, and we were notified at that time that the bathroom sink was clogged. I contacted the property manager at that time, and informed about both issues. We had to wait in the unit for the clogged sink to be fixed mid day on the second day of our stay. I contacted the property management again, and asked for a later check out, to off set the time we had wasted due to the two issues. Their response was that they had to check with the cleaning crew. I had already mentioned this issue in my original text the night before (maybe they should have checked then), and I shared with them the text we received with the cleaning crew indicating both issues.
They never had the courtesy to respond to my text. I had to contact our Travel Agent (almost 5 hours after my text to the property manager) and she had to spend her time chasing them down for an answer. While they conceded to a 2 hour later check out, they never responded directly to me.
Finally the building is in mediocre condition. One of the elevators did not work, and cleanliness is not their strength. The unit has some noises inside due to HVAC, one closet door was off the rails, the sliding door to the patio did not lock, and there are a number of loud noises from the street early in the morning.
