This 4BR+LOFT, Mountain Village home otherwise known as "The Monroe at Telluride" is ideally situated on a vast, open meadow with lush landscaping and sprawling views of the dramatic surrounding mountains. On one of the premier lots in Mountain Village, less than two miles from the world-class Mountain Village Resort core, Mountain Village Market and Gondola Station, the location is private yet convenient to all the area has to offer. Perfect for any group of adults or families looking for an idyllic, mountain vacation.
Over 3100 square feet, four bedrooms plus loft and spacious flex room on the lower level. The flex-room has THREE, single murphy beds plus media/entertainment area. This comfy mountain estate will be your go-to home away from home!
The location offers expansive views of the surrounding mountains and ski area from every vantage – spacious decks, walk-out patio, private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, lots of outdoor living, garage plus additional parking and so much more.
Every attention to detail has been considered here. Pulling into the driveway, you will immediately wonder how you can be so close to the action yet feel miles away. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a sunken living room with a sectional sofa, large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and views to die for! The great room opens to the beautiful dining area, comfortably seating for eight plus breakfast bar seating for six more. A well-appointed, bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TWO dishwashers plus everything you need to make your mountain getaway enjoyable. Stock up on all your favorite foods and libations then settle in with family or friends. Adjacent to the kitchen, loads of storage plus granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a walk-out to the inviting deck with expansive views of the surrounding mountains and ski area.
Guests will enjoy having their own space in the home’s four bedrooms, laid out with privacy and convenience in mind. The Master bedroom, located on the main living level has a king bed with luxury mattress and brand-new bedding. Unobstructed views of Wilson Peak and Sunshine Peak provide a majestic setting with private deck. The master ensuite bath has double vanity, soaking tub with skylights and views. Also on the main living level, is the second guest bedroom with queen bed, walk-out to deck and hot tub plus ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer on this level as well as a powder room with linen closet.
For more relaxed lounging, meander to the lower level and find spacious media/entertainment flex room that hosts three pull-down Murphy beds (singles) - SUPER COMFY! The flex room serves as a media/entertainment room as well with large sectional, flat-screen TV, stereo, games and more. There is a bathroom on this level with shower plus a storage "unloading" room with benches, ski racks, gear storage, and walk-out to ski-in/out access off the Bridges ski run.
Two additional guest rooms on the second floor of the home - one with two twins and the other with king. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a small loft area on the third floor with two twin built-in beds plus walk-out to the crow’s nest for views of the entire mountain scene beyond.
The house is located on Hood Park Rd off Benchmark Drive. The ski-in/out access is a ski area maintained trail off the Bridges ski run. It is about 30 yards out the back door to the trail and easily ski back to the house with ski/boot/gear storage room with benches, hooks, etc. Bridges is a green run that meanders down to the base of chairs #10 and #1.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this ski-in/ski-out property! The location couldn’t be more perfect—step right out the door and onto the slopes, making it effortless to maximize our time on the mountain. The accommodations were just as impressive, with a cozy yet modern design, comfortable beds, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing après-ski experience.The attention to detail was outstanding, from the well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The hot tub with mountain views was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Plus, the hosts were fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable.If you’re looking for the ultimate ski getaway with unbeatable convenience and luxury, this is it! The location is amazing, the skiing was great. You can literally ski to the back steps. It is a very short walk to skis on. The house was clean, well provisioned, and comfortable. Victoria was quick to fix issues with the hot tub, and we enjoyed it greatly. The view is amazing, and we had a great trip with a large group (9 adults). My only criticism is that some fo the windows are hard to close, and are probably due for replacement. The property (especially top floor) got hot during the day even with the heat turned down. This was a minor issue, and I would definitely stay here again.

The property and furniture are a bit dated. Very well stocked . Location is a bit away from the mountain base and town. Short hike through deep snow to get on the slopes. 13 days later and I’m still waiting for my deposit. There are bunks for 5 and 4 bedrooms so for adult couples it comfortably sleeps 8
